The Foundation is honored to announce that the Annual Book Awards were handed out at the Beverly High School Scholarship Night in June to Oliver Gibson, who will be attending Duke University and Samantha Lake who will be attending Rochester Institute of Technology.
The Beverly Education Foundation offers two $500 Book Awards each year to a female and male Beverly High School senior who are continuing their education at a college or university. Each year, the Foundation receives many compelling applications from talented seniors. The board of directors reads all applications, discusses the various candidates’ qualifications and ultimately votes for two recipients.
